Our Terms & Conditions cover essential aspects including, but not limited to:

1. Services

Rio Scoopers provides pet waste removal services for residential and commercial clients. Services include:

  • Residential poop scoop and removal

  • Grass deodorizing (optional)

  • Lawn Mowing (optional)

  • Commercial property services

The lawn mowing service includes basic grass cutting to maintain the desired lawn height. It does not include edging, trimming, weeding, or other landscaping services.

Service availability, frequency, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings and Payment

  • Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • The individual booking services must be at the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

 

3. Legal Access to Property

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are the property owner, tenant, or authorized agent.

  • You grant Rio Scoopers and its team members legal permission to access the property for the purpose of providing scheduled services.

  • Any locked gates, barriers, or entry instructions must be communicated prior to service.

Failure to provide legal and safe access may result in a missed appointment fee or cancellation of service.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a service fee.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, clients must:

  • Provide unobstructed access to all areas requiring service

  • Secure any pets

  • Remove hazards (e.g., debris, sharp objects)

  • Inform our team of any fragile, uneven, or high-risk areas within the yard prior to service.

  • Notify us of any changes to property conditions

 

6. Liability

Rio Scoopers is not responsible for:​

  • Pet-related incidents that occur during or after our visit.

  • Damage to lawns, landscaping, irrigation systems, or other yard features resulting from standard mowing or equipment use.

  • Incidental damages from pet waste or deodorizing products

  • Delays caused by weather, locked access, or unforeseen events

We will always take reasonable care during service.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Rio Scoopers and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Transmit malware or spam

Violation of these terms may result in denial of service.
